Welcome! We have put this site together for the growing number of Christians who are becoming aware of the spiritual and physical dangers of birth control and are looking for alternatives consistent with the teachings of the Church through the ages.

Consider this site to be a roadmap to finding new and exciting resources for godly living and physical intimacy in a modern world.

You will hopefully notice two prevailing messages as you scroll through these pages: one, the human body is an amazingly complex system created by God to give us life, and, along with a body of the opposite sex, to procreate. We all know the basics, but how many of us pay attention to the blueprint to know our bodies so well that we can identify reasons for infertility, miscarriage, sickness, emotional and physical changes, and the eventual onset of menopause? Secondly, when we consider that God created us with ample opportunity of adding little saints to His kingdom, why do we bury our talents rather than invest them? Those reasons alone should free the Christian couple to consider the ways of God and apply them generously to their marriage.
